Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Nightly on Windows 10
2. Open two personal container tabs

Actual results:
Default personal container color is difficult to identify in background tab on Windows 10.

Expected results:
Change default color for personal container and don't use similar color with title bar color.

I'm pretty sure that's not the default title bar background color on Windows 10. I suspect that you have the Windows 10 setting enabled that shows your accent color as title bar color. I don't think there's anything we can do here, you could try changing your accent color? Or just change the container color.

I'll resolve this for now, feel free to re-open if I'm missing something.
