Oh, I see what happened. These tests used to live in a css-timing top-level dir and are now in a css/css-timing sub-dir instead. Just need to move the already-existing INI to the new location in the meta directory.

Yep, that was it, I'm going to go ahead and land the change with self-r+ since it's so trivial.
