The css-timing web-platform-tests are going to permafail on Linux when Gecko 59 merges to Beta on 2018-01-11
Newly-added tests from bug 1419296, presumably just needs some pref love. https://treeherder.mozilla.org/logviewer.html#?job_id=153163491&repo=try
Oh, I see what happened. These tests used to live in a css-timing top-level dir and are now in a css/css-timing sub-dir instead. Just need to move the already-existing INI to the new location in the meta directory.

Yep, that was it, I'm going to go ahead and land the change with self-r+ since it's so trivial.
