Details

The version number for Bugzilla used to displayed at <https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/>. This no longer happens. The version number should be displayed for use in reporting bugs against Bugzilla.
It's not needed. We update every week, effectively the versions are 'Production' and 'Development/Staging'

Resolution: --- → WONTFIX
If you really want to know the current version, it's embedded in HTML so just hit Ctrl+U on your browser to see the page source. But as :dylan said, the exact version number is not necessary for bug reports.
