User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Android 7.0; Mobile; rv:57.0) Gecko/57.0 Firefox/57.0 Build ID: 20171129020910 Steps to reproduce: Go to Firefox Sync Menu, and press "Sync now". Automatic sync from android's account. Actual results: Sync doesn't sync, the date does nor change to now and in other device the changes are not visible. Expected results: Firefox should sync automatically. The only way to sync is to go to Firefox account menu (in android phone settings), press to account select and press "sync now", so the procedure work.

Hi, thanks for filing! Is it possible for you to attach some logs as you press the Sync Now button? That will help tremendously to figure out what's going on with your device. Some instructions are here: http://160.twinql.com/how-to-file-a-good-android-sync-bug/ It's a bit cumbersome, but essentially involves installing Android development SDK (so that you have 'adb' on your machine), plugging the phone with a USB cable, and running |adb logcat| as you try to sync. Then copy-paste output into a text file and attach it here.

Also, question for you: if you go to System Settings on your device, then into Users & Accounts, and open up Firefox account - is sync enabled there? And: if you try running Firefox Beta (v58), do you still see this problem?

Good day, Please forgive me, after an update of firefox I notate the loading of pages was very slowly. Some researchs in google able find me a post where someone said to try to uninstall then reinstall the app. Doing this and after registering the devices all problem was resolved. It was weird, because I have tryed, before posting this bug, to delete the app and the procedure didn't resolved the problems. Thanks a lot, and best regards. Genymus
