[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Set a high contrast theme for Windows.
2. Open browser an set the Light Theme (hamburger menu - Add-ons - Themes)
3. Observe the Minimize, Maximize and Close buttons on the top right corner of the browser.

[Expected result]:
- The buttons are visible

[Actual result]:
- The buttons can't be seen.

Too late to fix in 59, but we can still take a patch in Nightly if 61 is affected.
