STR:

1) While logged into Bugzilla, browse to https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1373055
2) Scroll to the bottom comment
3) Click on the "Reply" button in that comment

ER:

The comment text should appear in the new comment field, and that field should be focused.

AR:

The expected results occur, except after that, I'm sent to (almost) the top of the bug page.

Can confirm -- and I think this worked last week. The callback for that button is really simple so it should be easy to fix.

the Update button for needinfo is also not working. I broke this in Bug 1426685. Fix coming.

Looks like this button has been broken for a while, but will fix it as a ride-along.
