Folders from personal toolbar

Details 
If you drag a link to the personal toolbar, but don't release the button and
change from one folder to another, all folders stay open.
From then on they appear in all browser windows until shutting down Mozilla
complete.
They stay, even if you minimize Mozilla and overlay any other program.
