Initial plans include:

* Refactor Autophone to use taskcluster-worker, in-tree configs, mozharness
* Experiment with Amazon AWS or other providers which allow raw phone root hardware access from an arbitrary linux box and shell prompt (goal is to find viable option and start transitioning in Q2, or beef or Autophone and have it managed by an ops team)
* update/upgrade emulators to modern version and OS version, ideally on x86 for faster turnaround
* Add performance tests on real hardware (probably Autophone unless we get engineers who can find a cloud provider) and dashboards

for 3rd party providers, I know of:
* Amazon AWS - we would need some undocumented access/support
* Google Firebase - Snorp was not impressed originally- maybe worth another visit
* Bitbar - FirefoxOS used this, might be possible
* ???
