linux, apprunner.
Editor, choose the insert table dialog.
After the dialog comes up, but before typing anything,
decide not to insert a table, this was all a big mistake.
Hit cancel, the dialog goes grey, you're locked in a mode,
ain't going downtown tonight.  (need to kill apprunner)

I don't think we need to fix this for beta;
if it's an easy grab then grab it.

I didn't know it was a linux-only problem, assumed it was probably XP.  Sure,
let's look at it together tomorrow (assuming that apprunner is working again by
then; it doesn't even build this morning).

tentatively setting to M12.  If this bug is specific to table editing, please
set to M15 and forget about it for a few weeks.  If it might be indicative of
larger problems with dialogs on linux, please work with the xpfe folks to nail
it quickly.
