1428783 - Determine the fate of the Firefox DNT page

There's a legacy page about DNT [1] in Firefox that has been orphaned for a number of years now:

https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/dnt/

The page serve as a technical/informative FAQ, but the information has not been updated in a number of years and is likely out of date. Unless we have a good reason to keep the page around, I'd suggest SUMO is a better place for this info. 

We should decommission this page and redirect the URL to:

https://support.mozilla.org/kb/how-do-i-turn-do-not-track-feature

Thanks, I'm aware of the history of this page. What we need to try and find out is whether it's still needed given the state of the content it currently provides, or whether the page on SUMO may now be a more suitable alternative.

In 2017 I asked :pdol, product manager for desktop, whether this redirection was ok; at the time he agreed it was. I'm needinfoing him here to confirm.

Please note that bug 1430887 is very similar to this one and it may make sense to bundle them.
