currently we have some initial docs posted at: https://wiki.mozilla.org/Auto-tools/Projects/Stockwell#Triage we want to go through those and make them more complete/verbose while ensuring the flowcharts are accurate and modern. In addition we want to add placeholders and eventually information for: * disabling tests * finding root causes by retriggering
