1. Open a new tab with a none PWA website : http://apple.com
2. Open a new tab with a PWA website: http://pwa.rokcs
3. Click "Close all tabs" from menu
4. Go to recent closed tab -> restore all
5. apple.com apears 

Expect:
apple.com appears without PWA badge

Actual
apple.com appears with PWA badge
