This page -- http://cgi.snl.salk.edu/cgi-bin/pub-search -- has a set of links at
the top to different lists of articles, which are supposed to be displayed
further down the page.  However the lists of articles are not displayed under
Mozilla.  Under Netscape 4.7, the lists are displayed, and the source code that
shows up in Netscape and not in Mozilla begins as follows:

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to http://cgi.snl.salk.edu/cgi-bin/pub-search
2.Compare page that results to same page as viewed under netscape 4.7

Actual Results:  Under Mozilla, I only get the links at the top of the page,
which point to nonexistent locations.

Under Netscape, I get both the links at the top of the page and the list of
articles to which the links at the top of the page point.

Expected Results:  It would be nice if it showed the full page, as Netscape does.

As a note, this is an error in the page... those comments use completely bogus
syntax....
