frg, aren't SM using its own (https://dxr.mozilla.org/comm-central/rev/1f4e1c314fac5e97f4efa989e2731104d5e144a7/suite/common/jar.mn#4) already?

I saw this bug a while ago and need to check it. The url bar should be ok but not sure if we need to do something for form autofill. Third time in two years that this changed significantly without seeing any benefit so I am bit tired of changes here but not for me to decide...

I think we are ok here. Please leave the bug open. I will check it out after bug 1427363 has landed. Should only affect the urlbar and there we have our own binding. Thought it might affect formautofill again.
