1429221 - Getting status 425 using Cloudflare

Steps to reproduce:

I started to get a 425 in some connections with my servers using Firefox Nightly 59.0a1 (2018-01-09) (64-bit) - build id 20180109100117.

Basically if I open the page, wait a few minutes and click in the links I get the 425 status code.

I'm using Cloudflare with TLS 1.3. The connection never actually get to my servers (Nginx don't even log it).

If I disable the 'security.tls.enable_0rtt_data" the but won't happen.

I've also tested on Stable 57.0.4 (64-bit) and it works fine.

I want to reproduce this issue, can you please describe in more details your steps in order to be able to retest this? Thanks 

From your comment, this sounds like a regression if you want and have some time to help to investigate this further, we have a tool called mozregression and with it, you can find witch bug fix introduced this regression based on the fact that you said that this issue started recently. 
If you are interested here are the steps that you need to do to install and use this tool: http://mozilla.github.io/mozregression/install.html
Basically, after you installed the tool what you need to do is to write in the terminal mozregression --good 2018-01-07 --bad 2018-01-09 based on the fact that the first version where this issue started is in the build from 2018-01-09. You will be prompted with a build version from that time and you need to try to reproduce this issue and mark the build as "good" or "bad". Thanks for your help.
