Steps to reproduce:

Open Firefox
Click options menu
Set the browser zoom to 30% using the '-' button


Actual results:

The dropdown component additional options arrow is missing or vertically off-center depending on the height of the dropdown.


Expected results:

The arrow should be visibly, vertically centered

I managed to reproduce this issue on latest Nightly 59.0a1 (2017-01-14) and Release 57.0.4 with Windows 10 x64.
The arrow from the drop down field is misaligned or no longer displayed depending on the value of the Zoom out.
This is not a recent regression since it is also reproducible on Nightly 38.0a1 (2015-01-20).
