Upon viewing about:config, going to the bottom of the list and then using the
mousewheel to quickly scroll up the list, mozilla crashes and exits immediately.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. browse to about:config
2. go to the bottom of the list
3. use mousewheel quickly to scroll up list

Actual Results:  program crashed

Expected Results:  should have scrolled up list

wfm using build 20020730 on Linux, no assertion or warning in console.
Please attach stacktrace or Talkback ID iy can reproduce crash.
WorksForMe with Linux 2002080421 with a 64MB RAM computer. Reporter, your build
is a bit old, please try to reproduce the bug with a new nightly from:
ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/latest
