Details

The file mapper in the ETL pipeline works good enough.  There are "files" that can not be found; for example, dynamically eval'ed source code.

This bug will track whatever may be remaining.

Preprocessed files are missing too.
This was fixed by moving the LCOV rewriting to test machines in bug 1431388.
