From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.0rc1) Gecko/20020417 BuildID: 2002041711 When run on a system using a Matrox dualhead display card (e.g. Millenium G450 DualHead), and using Matrox's PowerDesk - MultiDisplay Control with "Save/Restore window positions when program are opened/closed" checked, the minimize button (usually) has no effect. However, after clicking the minimize button several times, Mozilla will eventually minimize. Is this a Matrox bug? Perhaps so, but very few programs have problems with Matrox Multidisplay controls. This is the first case I have come across of a minimize button not working. I have come across a few programs (usually Visual Basic) which come up improperly-sized and unable to resize if this option is checked. But never this minimize problem in any other program. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. See description. 2. 3. Actual Results: Mozilla will not minimize when pressing the minimize ("-") button, except after multiple attempts. Expected Results: It should have minimized. Using Matrox G450 DualHead with two monitors.
never had a problem with this, are you sure this aint a dupe of the other minimize bugs ? does this still happen with a currently night or 1.1a ? what driver version are you using ?
-> wfm Please reopen if you see this with Mozilla1.1b or later
