I made a rough testcase from that.

Maybe related to bug 1401665 or bug 1427654.

Renderdoc shows that this "glitch" isn't rendered in the same draw call as the actual rounded borders. This will probably be fixed by https://github.com/servo/webrender/pull/2292.
