Overview: The Account Settings dialog has buttons that are shared between all
the panels. Some of these buttons do not function properly (Set as Default,
Duplicate and Delete).

Sol: The spec states that some of these buttons should only be available if an
account is selected. If an account is not selected then how should the buttons
appear?

1. Problem: The "Set as Default" button always appears available.
Expect: This button should only be available if an account is selected otherwise
greyed out?

2. Problem: The "Duplicate" button always appears available.
Expect: This button should only be available if an account is selected otherwise
greyed out?

3. Problem: The Duplicate button does nothing
Expect: With an account selected if the Duplicate button is selected it should
create another account with the same information. The name of the account will
be the same appended with the word "Copy". For instance "qatest20" becomes
"qatest20 Copy".

4. Problem: The "Delete" button always appears available.
Expect: This button should only be available if an account is selected otherwise
greyed out?

5. Problem: The Delete button does nothing.
Expect: With an account selected it should display a confirmation box. Once
confirmed then it should delete the account.

We aren't doing duplicate for PR1. It will remain disabled for PR1.

ok, I've disabled all the buttons.
I'm opening another bug for "implement delete account" because I haven't even
implemented that yet.
The rest aren't being done in PR1.

Build 1999092309M11: NT4, Linux, Mac
Verified Fixed since all the shared buttons are disabled except for the "New
Account" button. Bug# 14798 reports the need for the "Delete" button to work.
