Platforms: Win 10 (64) Build Beta 58.0b15 Nightly 59.0a1 Steps to reproduce: 1. Go to https://getpocket.com/login?e=4; 2. Click on "Log in with Firefox" and create and verify a new account; 3. Log out from Pocket; 4. Go to https://getpocket.com/login?e=4 and insert the username and password from step 2; Expected: The user is logged with the account into Pocket. Actual: "The username or password was incorrect." message is displayed even if the account is created. - Please Note that this issue is reproducible on the STAGING Server and production as well. - I am able to log in into Pocket with that account only if I change password, but if I tap again on log in with FF the account and credentials are valid.

Thanks Sorina! > 4. Go to https://getpocket.com/login?e=4 and insert the username and password from step 2; IIUC, at this step you're entering your Firefox Account credentials into the login form on getpocket.com, is that accurate? This doesn't and shouldn't work; the login form on getpocket.com is only for a separate pocket-specific account credentials. In order to login with the newly-created Firefox Account, you will need to click the "Log In with Firefox" button again, in the same way as when initially creating the account. I'm going to optimistically close this as "not a bug", but please re-open if I've misunderstood what was happening in step 4.

When the password is changed the FF account becomes valid for a separate pocket login in form? Thanks, and sorry for confusion!
> When the password is changed the FF account becomes valid for a separate pocket login in form? Yes, doing a "forgot password" in pocket causes it to create a local "pocket account" with the new password you provided, so I think this is all working as intended. I agree it's pretty confusing tho!
