Merge day mozharness scripts easily eat up a good swatch of GB's to run, to handle both an hg store, a fully checked out repo, for multiple branches (central, beta, release, esr, ...) We could be a lot smarter about the disk utilization here.
Possibly by using a unified repo?

Merge day automation lives in treescript instead of mozharness now, and uses mozilla-unified.
