Specifically, PREDICTOR_PREFETCH_DECISION_REASON and PREDICTOR_PREFETCH_IGNORE_REASON are both set to expire in Firefox 60, but for now prefetch is disabled (unless people enable it), so they aren't particularly helpful until prefetch is enabled. I'm hoping that will happen sometime in the next 2 or 3 releases, so let's make those probes expire in 65 (just 'cause it's a nice round number) and hope things go better :)

Looks good to me. Make sure to check with the data steward if this needs data-review.

Rebecca - does this need data-review? (Updating expiry because, due to outside forces, we've been unable to enable the feature and collect the data we actually want.)
Flags: needinfo?(rweiss)
No, it does not need additional data review.
