1430710 - Consider to add an optional or suggested field when user reporting bug

I am not sure how users report their bugw to bugzilla,

they often report like the pattern below,

User Agent: xxxx

Steps to reproduce:

Actual results:
yyyy

Expected results:
zzzz

Is it possible that we can give them more suggestions or optional field like
(Optional) You can provide/paste extra information(e.g. about:support ... etc.)

For instance, I handle mediaplayback related bugs, we need ``about:support`` and also need users to manually install the "media panel add-on" then paste those information to bugzilla.

If we have the chance to ask user providing the information for us, we can save some effort/time and we can tackle the issue immediately and easily.

I'm not sure I choose the right "Product" or "Component" for this feature request.

Please help me switch to the right one.
