Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:59.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/59.0 ID:20180115100056 Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch Nightly on Windows 2. Open about:preferences > Language and Appearance 3. Click "Colors..." button 4. Select to "Always" from "Only with High Contrast themes" in #useDocumentColors menulist. Actual results: #useDocumentColors menulist is shrinked, then the second option overflows. Expected results: Don't shrink.
