1430732 - Comments from a logged in user should be stylable differently

This is a request for enhancement for the default markup of bugs.

There should be a way to style the comments you did yourself in a bug differently, GitHub gives them a blue header. I'd like to implement this feature in my user style (https://userstyles.org/styles/153960/bugzilla-mozilla-org-but-github-inspired) but I lack a css selector for that.

Currently the markup generates all comments as divs such as:
<div id="c1" class="change-set">

A class added for your own comments could solve the problem for my user style and allow the Bugzilla default theme to also have specific styling for a logged in user comments. For example:
<div id="c1" class="change-set yourself">

I may try to attempt this tonight.

We can do a follow on bug for the CSS.
