1430799 - Expose a createObjectClient function in DebuggerClient

This function should return an objectClient instance given a grip.

This should be similar to the one in devtools-connection (see https://github.com/devtools-html/devtools-core/blob/23a2c8e007c3db33ffa795ff11bfb06770d7af0b/packages/devtools-connection/src/debugger/client.js#L1264-L1266).

This is blocking the debugger from using the latest devtools-reps package

Attachment: Bug 1430799 - Add a createObjectClient method to the DebuggerClient;.

This is needed by the debugger in order to use the latest devtools-reps
package (0.19.0).
This function was already added in the devtools-connection package.
