Some webrtc modules we use don't support anything else, it's best to cap for now so that it works, at least.

Comment 0 above is wrong. :jya told me he's landed a patch during the holidays that fixes this.
I still want to cap the MSG to 48kHz, I don't want people to run WebRTC call at 192kHz. I've witnessed more than a few people with a soundcard that runs at 192kHz _by default_, and it's not very efficient.
In the (hopefully short) future, authors will be able to configure AudioContext's sample-rates, so people with esoteric use-cases will be happy.

I've fixed this by inserting resamplers instead.
