This page: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Notification/Notification refers to a NotificationAction which results in a 404 when clicked (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/new?slug=NotificationAction&parent=66089).

This is an important detail (especially for Electron desktop app developers) as there is little information for how to set actions for notifications.
