143100 - URL bar does not drop down in the correct location

This is not bug 125081...  I have a normal browser window open and select the
dropdown of the URL bar and the displayed dropdown is ofset to the left by a
large amount.

This is from today's (early morning) build of Mozilla on Linux RedHat 7.2 (plus
lots of updates)

Note that this is with the Modern theme.

This is from a build about 10 days old.  It shows the same problem albeit the
snapshot was done while still running a non-standard theme.

If you have the URL bar dropdown during the "auto complete" behavior, the
dropdown behavior seems to be correct.
