What feature should be changed? Please provide the URL of the feature if possible. ================================================================================== Currently, MDN provides https://github.com/mozilla/kuma/blob/master/jinja2/404.html as a 404. However, we're now documenting HTTP and the famous 404 error code and I think it would be interesting to both: - indicate a 404 - explain what it is - provide an explanatory banner with call to action to file a bug and a link to the home page What problems would this solve? =============================== None. This is just about using MDN content to "meta" document a 404 in (I think) an interesting way. Who would use this? =================== Users who click a dead link or type an incorrect URL What would users see? ===================== https://developer.mozilla.org/docs/Web/HTTP/Status/404 with a 404 banner What would users do? What would happen as a result? =================================================== Interact Is there anything else we should know? ====================================== I know this idea might sound a bit off and not really important but I just couldn't get the idea off my head so here is a bug. Feel free to WONTFIX :)
