I'm running Windows 2000 Server with SP2.
 
The Mozilla browser will not minize to the start bar tray, it just becomes smaller.

When I first started Mosilla after installing the splash screen came up and then
the browser rather quickly.  As time goes by the length of time the Splash
screen shows up and then browser starts is getting longer and longer.  Scandisk
and Defrag didn't decrease the load time.

Funny this screen did minimize properly.  It's the first time.
