Now that we've shifted to Firefox betas starting at b3 we could adjust ship-it's build number suggestion algorithm. We still want b1 for devedition.
Oops, I mean the version suggestions rather than build number. Looks like the code in https://github.com/mozilla-releng/ship-it/blob/32837a41e144ffd4ce26a32718efe7b3bd7b761e/vendor/lib/python/mozilla/build/versions.py#L26 would change, and need to know the product.
We could also make sure the correct partials are suggested for Firefox b3, because they probably shouldn't be b1 and b2, which would not exist.

I don't think we need this anymore.
