Steps to reproduce:

starting from version 57, the main menu of the hamburger and some other menus have an inexpressive gray highlighting of items when hovering the mouse. difference with others menus. It can be fixed by edit userChrome.css?

It's possible. Here's how we set the color:

The current white look is intentional across platforms and we don't have plans to change it.
