Steps to reproduce:
Look at https://wpt.fyi/hr-time/
Actual results:
Firefox fails idl-harness.html test.
Expected results:
We would like to have two browsers to have full green so we can move the HR-Time spec to PR. Chrome canary already passes all of these tests. Firefox is the best candidate for the other browser that should pass all the tests. Unless Firefox Nightly already passes all the tests, it would be great if the failures could be fixed soon.

I think bug 1432522 is needed to make those tests pass. It should be fixed in tomorrow's nightly; can you re-test then? baku is also a good person to weigh in here in case bug 1432522 isn't related.
