Looks as if 10.13.3 17D39a is affected. Apple just released 10.13.3 (17D47) which is the final version.

It seems like it, most (but not all), have the main thread blocking on async paints. If it is OMTP related I'm guessing the crashing thread is the paint worker. But I don't understand why there is only one crashing frame without any symbols, so this makes it difficult to diagnose. Leaving ni? so I don't forget about this.

These reports are very odd. I don't know what can be done to get more information yet from this as the crash signature is just an address. Looking at other reports, I see that this crash only happened on 1/20-1/22 at a small frequency and hasn't happened since. If it returns I think we can try more diagnostics, but for now I'm clearing the ni?.
