When I click on a menu item, then drag the mouse over an adjacent menu, that
menu does not come down.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click on a menu item
2.Move mouse over to menu adjecent to one clicked
3.

Actual Results:  Nothing, original menu clicked on stays open, and adjacent one
stays closed.

Expected Results:  Adjacent menu item opens up.
