Steps to reproduce:

I started Firefox when it was not the default browser.


Actual results:

A modal dialog opened to allow me to change my default browser to Firefox. Neither the modal dialog nor the instance of Firefox were focusable via keyboard. This renders the entire application unusable for those who cannot use a pointing-device.


Expected results:

When the OS focuses the application the modal dialog should be keyboard-accessible. This is merely an instance of Firefox's deplorable disregard for accessibility. Every interface should be usable via any means a user might need. This practice necessitates ensuring every feature available is accessible via keyboard for users who can only use a keyboard.

Windows 10 version 1709 (OS Build 16299.192) & x64 bit, Mozilla Firefox 58.0

I tried reproducing the bug that you reported, when the pop-up to change the default web browser to Firefox comes. I was able to properly handle the pop-up options using the arrow keys and the tab button on my keyboard. The problem seems to have been resolved.

I have just seen the comments. The popups I experience continued issue with are those like Firefox Nightly's request to restart and restore. This is an ongoing issue.
