User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3239.132 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce: Opened a stream and attempted to turn on captions. The particular stream I opened was https://air.mozilla.org/mitchell-baker-austin-all-hands-2017/ Actual results: There were no captions available. Thus, I was unable to fully understand the video because I have a disability that makes it hard for me to take in auditory information. Expected results: I expected to see a functionality that allowed me to turn on captions, or to see open captions. If said functionality were available, I and all other people with issues that impact our hearing or auditory processing would be fully included and able to access the content, people who speak English as a Second Language would benefit from seeing and hearing the words, people who are temporarily in loud places or unable to turn on their sound would be able to access the content, this content would fully embody the spirit of the Mozilla Manifesto, and the pages on air.mozilla.org would validate against WCAG's Guideline 1.2.
