Description

The defaultSession associated with an NSSToken can have a session handle of
CK_INVALID_SESSION_HANDLE if it is not possible to create a session on the
token. NSS should detect this and try to open a session before accessing the
token, instead of passing CK_INVALID_SESSION_HANDLE.
