- Win 10 64-bit
- Mac OS X 10.13.2
- Ubuntu 16.04 x64

[Steps to reproduce]:
1.Set the profile for TAAR add-on.
2.Install the add-on.
3.Open three tabs.
4.Observe that the pop-up is displayed in the 3rd tab.
5.Open the 4th tab.
6.After the 4th tab is loaded, switch back to the 3rd tab.

[Expected results]:
- The pop-up is still displayed.

[Actual results]:
- The pop-up is dismissed.

Also, this issue is reproducing in Firefox 58.0 (20180118215408).

This is the desired behavior, since this study's pop-up should be identical (both in appearance and behavior) to the one used in the previous TAAR study.

expected behaviour, the popup should not persist if the client exhibits behaviour indicating they are engaged in a workflow.
