This is updated release for Firefox Rocket v1.0.3

I'll attach the release APK to this bug. We need to sign them with the release keys and upload them to Google Play.

Note: Max (:maliu) now has the permission to upload but we still need RelEng to help on signing. 

Target signing date is Jan25

Also we'll upload this apk to GitHub release

The QA testing is close to complete yet we havn't finished all other checks (e.g., l10n) so we will be targeting Jan. 26 tomorrow morning~afternoon (GMT+8) instead. Sorry for the inconvenience!

My bad, realized today is Jan. 24, so tomorrow is Jan. 25 and the date initially set in comment#0 is right. Corrected the title as well.
