[Shield] After removing TAAR there is no “undo” option

[Steps to reproduce]:
1.Set the profile for TAAR add-on.
2.Install the add-on.
3.Open three tabs.
4.Click on the “Browse Add-ons” option.
5.Remove the experiment add-on.
6.Observe the “Extensions” panel.
[Expected results]:
- The removed experiment add-on has the “undo” option.
[Actual results]:
- There is no “undo” option after the experiment add-on is removed.

This is expected behavior that is common to Shield study add-ons using the current version of the template (https://github.com/mozilla/shield-studies-addon-template) and utils library (https://github.com/mozilla/shield-studies-addon-utils). Please file a bug against Shield add-ons in general if this behavior needs to be changed for future studies.
