I have a report from a user saying that tracking protection is blocking common captchas:

It seems there is a known issue with disconnect.me blocking reCAPTCHA:

https://github.com/disconnectme/disconnect/issues/323

If we are going to suggest tracking protection to more users it might be worth talking to disconnect.me about possibly addressing this.  It seems most ad blockers have exceptions for things like reCAPTCHA.

I tried the CAPTCHA on tinyletter.com and it worked fine. There must be something else going on. I do CAPTCHAs all the time with TP enabled and never had any problems.
