When loading the page, some of the text appears as chinese, although click on
any of the links and the linked page displays normally. This only seems to
happen on the front page. I've noticed that the fonts are a different colour
(blue) , so I don't know if that has any relevance

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Just load the url

Actual Results:  As I said, some of the characters (seems to be the ' ) are
displayed as Chinese (or maybe Japanese, I don't know :o) )

Expected Results:  Just displayed the page normally

I cannot reproduce this with linux trunk build 2002-05-07-21... Could you
possibly attach a screenshot of the problem?

What's the charset is marked when you see the problem? and what's the
auto-detect option?

The page loads fine with me when I set to Auto-detect OFF, Universal and
Japanese, but detect wrong when set to Chinese or SimpChinese or TradChinese. 
Seems it's a auto-detect problem rather than a font display problem.

Since this page is English page, so it's not a good choise to do auto-detect
Chinese.

User must set charset menu to be either Chinese/Japanese or he used a
Chinese/Japanese charset detector. Reopen if your charset menu is set properly.
