Details

In the add/edit/preferences payment card dialog, properly support debit cards.

This may mean varying any network logos and disabling fields like the expiry date which aren't always relevant for debit cards.

We'll also want to store the type and/or network in storage so we don't need to calculate it when querying. We may want to handle non-credit cards differently for Form Autofill.
