Overwrite popup window doesn't respond.

Details
(Whiteboard: DUPEME)
When attempting to overwrite a file that was incorrectly downloaded, the "do you
wish to overwrite file" question box does not respond when either OK or Cancel
is clicked and I have to kill the program. Other windows are semioperable (I'm
typing this in another Mozilla window before killing the program), but the mouse
is grabbed and won't click on anything.

This has been fixed since 0.9.9, but I can't find the original bug.... (I know
it was there, though)
