I am going to add this to our roadmap; we should consider doing this; though I would imagine we already have a similar bug on file; either way: putting in the backlog for now.

We somewhat have a dupe of Bug 1429357 - However we should separate that out into individual tasks; this being one of them.

YMMV, but ads abusing this are on a steep rise.
According to the blog post Chrome 68, which was recently released, contains the protection.
This makes Firefox look bad for still allowing this malicious behavior.
