1433415 - linux l10n opt builds broken by patches for bug 1424146: Can't determine revision!

The patches for bug 1424146 broke linux l10n opt builds which run on Try. This confuses Try users. Please fix the issue.

Ah. I didn't catch this on try, because my try run was *right* after the merges, and so the `L10N` builds failed due to missing 60.0a nightlies.

the `l10n` kind as it exists is actually a poor representation of what l10n does these days, so we can probably just kill it in some way while I work on a better implementation (for on-change l10n) which is coming. I suspect I can peek at this on monday.
